Gwinnett Home Values Grew 2004-15

Data published online by the Washington Post shows that Gwinnett-area home prices grew in most zip codes from 2004 to 2015, outpacing the national average in many areas.

The data, from Black Knight Financial Services, shows that home values in 19 Gwinnett postal codes outperformed the national average, which was below 15% growth. Homes in 45 other zip codes performed more poorly than the national average, though the vast majority of zips shows price increases.

Part of a series called The Divided American Dream, the Post‘s report says that single-family homes nationally gained more value in affluent areas. Atlanta, in particular, faired poorly in lower-income areas.
