The Story:
As founder, CEO and human behavior strategist, Rico Peña has built The Speakers Vault into the premier choice for aspiring speakers and trainers to develop and find their niche markets. He also works side-by-side with small businesses to improve operational efficiency while maximizing results and customer loyalty.
My Idea Of Fun:
Traveling the world as a professional speaker and master trainer, teaching individuals and small businesses rapport mastery, the science of building relationships. The fun part is watching their lives change as they apply it.
How I Got Here:
Surrounded by an amazing team, supportive family, mentors, my wife and children. They saw my passion to help others succeed and supported me every step of the way. They are the heart and soul of my drive to succeed.
Things I Tell Myself:
Never give up, always drive forward and never forget the mission.
What I'd Most Like To See:
To bring the global mindset to small businesses and help them connect, collaborate and create the passion hidden inside as a community. To create a network of individuals who are focused on the success of others.
What's Next For Me:
Developing the business of speaking in Atlanta, as well as networking and live events focused on women-owned small businesses. Continuing to build the tools for our web site that allow our clients to grow their business globally.
