It's never too late to stop learning. Sure the shelves are stocked with books on anything that might make you curious, but now the Gwinnett County Public Library offers even more. With the New Start Entrepreneurship Incubator Program, formerly incarcerated individuals will have access to a six-month course to help them create or grow a business.
