An apple, depending on whether its a red delicious or a yellow golden delicious, has a PH of 3.6-3.9. Other foods that are high in acidity include canned tuna, processed cheese, peanuts, coffee, tea, bacon, sausage, artificial sweeteners and ice cream!
So what can we eat that is better for our teeth and more neutral in PH? Try egg yolks, brown rice, tap or spring water, raw honey, blueberries, strawberries, kale, quinoa, chicken, shrimp, milk and peanut butter.
