Hull Middle School has partnered with Sugarloaf United Methodist Church to help feed children in need. Every Friday school administrators distribute Backpack Snacks provided by their partner to homeless students who attend the school. This sack is filled with snacks that students can eat over the weekend. The program at Hull Middle School began about two months ago, but it was founded at Mason Elementary School where it is called Happy Sacks. Mason Elementary works with Duluth United Methodist Church on its program.
