Cooling & Heating Division (Mitsubishi Electric), a leading manufacturer of ductless and variable refrigerant flow cooling and heating systems, recently announced the promotion of Michelle Robb to Director of Residential Marketing and Kevin Miskewicz to Director of Commercial Marketing.
MICHELLE ROBB, Suwanee, Georgia
Director of Residential Marketing
In this role, Michelle Robb is responsible for branding and marketing of Mitsubishi Electrics residential channel consumer and trade markets for cooling and heating products and solutions. Robb is responsible for developing residential market goals and metrics that align with company-wide and residential business objectives. Working closely with her team, she oversees all national residential channel advertising, website and interactive media, marketing communications, creative services and residential programs and promotions.
The marketing skills, HVAC product knowledge and valuable experience Michelle brings to this new role allow Mitsubishi Electric to continue to accelerate our residential channel sales. Robb most recently served as Director of Product Planning, Mitsubishi Electric, where she led the team responsible for research and development of new products and technologies. Prior to joining Mitsubishi Electric, Robb served for eight years as the Vertical Markets/Ancillary Product Manager at Mingledorffs, Inc., Norcross, Georgia. Additionally, she held various marketing support positions in the building automation and performance contracting industries. Robb earned her BA and MBA in Marketing at Georgia State University, Atlanta, Georgia.
KEVIN MISKEWICZ, Suwanee, Georgia
Director of Commercial Marketing
Miskewicz oversees all branding and marketing projects and solutions for Mitsubishi Electrics commercial channel. In this role, Miskewicz is responsible for the development and implementation of commercial market strategies and metrics that align with company-wide and commercial business objectives. Working with his team, Miskewicz manages commercial channel marketing objectives, as well as national trade advertising, industry and public relations, photography and videography, organization of trade shows and events and local market extensions and support.

Miskewicz, a LEED Green Associate, most recently served as Mitsubishi Electrics Interim Marketing Director after previously holding the title of Senior Manager of Commercial Marketing. Prior to joining Mitsubishi Electric, Miskewicz gained industry experience at Heatcraft Worldwide Refrigeration, Stone Mountain, Georgia, as the Product Manager, Foodservice. He began his career at NCR, Duluth, Georgia first as NCR Consumables Global Marketing Specialist, then later as Global Product Manager. Miskewicz holds a BS in Marketing and International Business from the University of Dayton, Dayton, Ohio.
