Gwinnett Village CID’s mission is threefold: bolster economic development, boost property values and improve the quality of life through mobility, security and aesthetic enhancements. To further their mission, Gwinnett Village CID develops projects like the following:
1. The Diverging Diamond Interchange at Jimmy Carter Boulevard and I-85 aims to reduce traffic and beautify the landscape.
2. The multi-use path connecting Lilburn to Norcross is currently underway along Beaver
Ruin Road.
3. The proposed OFS property redevelopment features first class office, residential, retail and education space.
"The Gwinnett Village community is as vibrant and diverse as anywhere in the entire Southeast. There are cultural experiences that can’t be found anywhere else. It’s positioned to become a cultural and economic hub for the Atlanta region for decades to come," said Chuck Warbington, executive director of Gwinnett Village CID.
