“Creating this concept took some time. We really needed to understand what the community here would embrace. Modern American chophouse concept was based on a varied menu. And so, with that, it’s chef driven. We have daily dinner specials, appetizer specials that aren’t on our everyday menu. It’s getting away from the same old, same old that you may be used to when you go to your local country club or your pizzeria for dinner,” owner Rob Taranto shares.
Tucked behind the Town Center in downtown Suwanee, the restaurant brings ambience and outstanding service to the steakhouse game. The flexible menu includes everything from charcuterie to ahi tuna tartare… and of course, steak! Prime cuts of meat are prepared on an innovated Josper oven from Spain, giving it that signature flavor you’ll be coming back for.
Everyday can be a celebration. Check out the Weekday Happy Hour Food & Drink Specials from Monday to Friday between 4 PM and 7 PM in the lounge. Does your date night fall on Tuesday? It does now! The 2 for Tuesdays Steak Special is a buy one filet mignon, get the second free on Tuesday between 6 PM and 9 PM.
